1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 38bd ("38bd", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 38bd website located at https://38bd.bet and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, MG Live, and payment processing services (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 38bd Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you have provided is true, accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law;

3. Age Restriction and Verification

38bd is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 years may register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any real-money activity on the Platform. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.

As part of our commitment to preventing underage gambling, 38bd conducts age and identity verification (KYC) on all registered accounts prior to approving the first withdrawal request and at any time we have reasonable grounds to question a player's age or identity. Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed the KYC verification process;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your withdrawable real-money balance (bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable);
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your own name;

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

The following general bonus rules apply to all 38bd promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they are converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion page.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 38bd Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment and to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms at all times. You accept the following obligations and restrictions:

• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access, play, or interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users;
• You will not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, RNG systems, or security infrastructure;
• You will not engage in collusion with other players, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other form of coordinated gaming strategy that manipulates game outcomes or betting markets;
• You will not use the Platform for any money laundering activity or attempt to deposit funds derived from illegal sources;
• You will not share your 38bd login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account;

• You will not attempt to charge back or reverse any deposit transaction after using the deposited funds for gaming activity on the Platform;

38bd reserves the right to void any bets, transactions, or winnings arising from prohibited conduct, and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these obligations. Where applicable, 38bd reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

38bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 38bd;
• Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or money laundering;
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual;
• A chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player or their payment provider;
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant; 38bd will notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy fee or initiating closure proceedings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

In no event shall 38bd's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to their 38bd account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
